News Bulletin- Rail Service
Train derailments from late last week and continued extreme cold weather across western Canada are causing transit delays. Certain corridors have been impacted greater than others due to back logs in local rail intermodal yards, primarily in Edmonton and Winnipeg. We are routing traffic between both railways in an effort to minimize delays. The weather is expected to warm up later in the week allowing the railways to run longer train lengths which should help to clear backlogs.
