I purchased the h2o mop a few months ago, and was impressed, however last week i was given a Professional steam mop...well guess what? my little H2O mop worked just as well as the $5000.0 professional steamer!

WOW!!! This has to be one of the best purchases I have made. The grout on the ceramic tile gets cleaner every time I use it. Had a tough stain on the carpet, and had tried everything, one cleaning with the H2O mop (concentrated on the area) and it is gone! Thank you!!!!!

I purchased the H20 Mop in April 2009. I love it because I have hardwood and ceramics throughout my home and the H20 Mop eliminates all the hassles of mopping and rinsing and repeating these steps to insure a clean surface. With the H20 Mop I can feel the difference when I walk barefeet and with each time I H20 Mop, the hardwood and ceramic floors gets shinier.

I purchased (2) H20 mops about a year ago. One for home and one for work. I think it is fantastic. In my business (bowling centre)it is great for spills on carpets, my carpets look good in between yearly cleanings. This past winter we tried it on gum that was in the carpet, it removed the gum with just the microfibre cloth. It also saves us a lot of work by removing the wax build up on the floors before re-waxing.

I juste receved my H2o mop, ist the best thing i have ever bought to wash my floors ,cleening time is a smash and doesnt take all day to do the cleening,so i have time to do something else.Idont beleive all the dirt there is on my floors,even my mother wants one now.

I light of the Pandemic of the Swine Flu, I like the steam cleaning ability of the newest H2o mop. I can remove the portable steam part and steam away all the germs that might be growing anywhere.Awsome. Steam kills germs.

I borrowed the H20 original mop from a friend to try and loved it so immediately ordered the H20 Ultra for myself - I have not used it as a steamer yet but really love the mop.

THIS PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT! I never allow myself to "get sucked in" to the TV ads because they usually are too good to be true, but this one I decided to try out. I am BLOWN AWAY! It removed some stains from my carpet that even the Biseel Little green Machine has never been able to do for me! I am so sold on this! i have bought all the h2o products and i find them the best i have used the cloth steame sure saves on drycleaning and i use it on my matresses pilows every thing the floor steamr is great saves me so much time the vac has great suction and keeps air clean.

The H2O Mop Ultra works great on my laminate floors. It also works great on my vinyl tile in my kitchen.

I have a 5 mnth old and 4 yr old and without this mop I would spend all my time washing spilled food off my floors. It's so light weight I can carry the baby in one arm and use the other to mop the floor in minutes. And no dangerous chemicals, nothing could be better.

Great product cleans floors like nothing else - great in winter for removing salt and safe on cork flooring as well as hardwood. Steam is the way to clean.

received the H20 mop as a christmas gift. Used for my rustic cream ceramic tiles..it got the dirt out that had formed on the rough surface of the tile.

I have used the H20 mop and realy like it. I used it on carpets, vinyl and laminate with no problems. The vinyl looks like tile with grout lines, these were always hard to clean but with this mop it is great. Wonderful in the bathroom.

I just love my H2O mop. I can clean my whole apartment in 15 min. It is a great product for anyone who cannot use cemical cleaners due to allergies. It is really light weight which is great for people with back problems as it glides easily while it cleans. I would whole heartedly recommend this product. The protable steamer is also great for getting into tight areas around sinks, toilets,bathtubs etc. I have even used it for cleaning screens with great results.

I've recently brought the h2o mop and I got to say "it worked wonder". I usually cleaning a few times a day and yuck, I never knew my floor was that dirty even after constant cleaning. THE H2O MOP HELPED ALOT. I love it, my 2 yrs old loves too. She tries to help out. My 9 month old is starting to crawl around, and I don't like the idea of using harsh chemicals on the floor with kids around. thanks for inventing the h2o mop.

I always hated cleaning floors until I got this mop, I have never been so happy with a product! I have recommended it to several friends & my family. It has made the rounds and all are impressed. It sure reduces the time needed to clean and that is important to a working person. For chemical and dust sensitive people it is the best product to buy.

My mother put me on to this product and said I have to try it. Yuck! I didn't realize my floors were so dirty! It even gets in between the grooves of the hardwood, and grout lines are a breeze. This was a great investment.

Got this as a gift and totally love my H2O Mop. We had drywallers in recently and I despared of ever having my wood floors look good again. I had purchased one of these for myself and am now purchasing one for my daughter. I have used many other products in the past but this is by far the best I have ever used.

I have told my husband that he is never to buy me a kitchen item for Christmas- until this year. I saw the infomercial for the H2O mop and I was intrigued. That is what I asked for and received. I love it! It is everything they say it is on the commercial and more. I clean the floors so often that my daugher asked me to stop because they were too 'slippery' clean. I am now an empty nester and I find household chores get more boring and harder to do as you age. The H2O mop is so easy to use that I am motivated to clean.

I'm one of those people who normally clean on ones knees, no mops. The only way to give a good cleaning. I was given one of these mops as a gift. I could not believe this could do a good job. To my surprise, it was wonderful. I had my windows replaced in three rooms and the floors (different floor types)were coated with chalking and dirt from going in and out during the worktime. It would have taken me hours. I had the rooms finished in less then half an hour. I also had rugs to clean, again no problem. The hardwood stairs in seconds. My biggest problem I have with it, is I can't stop cleaning

The H2O mop cleans wonderfuilly and effortlessly but my floors quite wet. What am I doing wrong?
Answer: Thanks for your comment. If you are holding the H20 Mop steam trigger down too long, the steam will turn into water and leave your floors damp. Try to hold the trigger down less and this should work for you.

can cleaners be added to the water and if so, what kind?
Answer: You should not add detergent or cleaners to the water in the H20 Mop tank. You can, however, put the detergent directly on the floor surface.

Can the H2O Mop be used on engineered woood floors?
Answer: The H20 Mop can be used on any "sealed" floors.

this is my second mop. (My first a xxxxx broke.) Anyway I just love the way it cleans all my different floor surfaces, from ceramic to hardwood to laminate planks. Amazing. Also a lot easier to manipulate than the xxxxbrand, fits into tight spots and does a great job cleaning the corners.. A great buy. Carol

Hi Danny: Yes, the microfibre cloth pads are washable. We just recommend that you do not use fabric softener when you wash them. However, please note that the disposable pads that you may also have are not washable and are meant to be used one time only. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Are disposable pads good for only a one-time use? If not, then how many uses can you get out of each disposable pad. What is the life expectancy for the microfibre pads? Bill

The disposable pads are meant to be used once only. The microfibre pads will last many many months unless you are using them on a very rough surface.

I have recieved my mop and tried it out today.I cleaned my capets with it and was so pleased to see that they came very clean.I am also pleased not to use all those harsh chemicals on them. Peggy

I received my H2O cleaner at my place of work. The carpets there were in horrible need of cleaning. Nothing we used seem to work. So I figured why not try it out on these carpets. I could not believe how clean the carpets came.

Is the H2O Mop suitable for cleaning laminate flooring?

Answer: In response to your questions, the H2O Mop may be used on Laminate flooring providing the following measures are taken into account.

Warning: On surfaces that have been treated with wax, the wax may be removed by the heat and steam action. Do not use on unsealed wood floor or let the unit stand on any wood floor for an extended period of time. This could cause the wood grain to rise. When using on vinyl, linoleum or any other heat sensitive floors, use extra caution. Too much heat can melt down glue in the flooring. It is therefore recommended that a sample cleansing be carried out on an isolated area of the floor. It is also recommended that you check the use and care instructions of the surface from the floor manufacturer to ensure suitability to steam cleaning.
