2. How is the Swivel Sweeper Gw Different than the original Swivel Sweeper?
   The Swivel Sweeper G2 has all the great features of the old Swivel Sweeper and 5 new improvements:
   We've added the Touchless Dirt Tray, Back Saver Elbow Joint, Super Sliders, Non-Slip Rubber Tip and Magnetic Storage Latch.
3. What are the Mini Sweepers?
   They are non-motorized handheld sweepers that use a roller brush system that are great for quick clean-ups of crumbs and messes on the couch, table top, car, etc. They do not attach to the Swivel Sweeper.
4. What kind of battery powers the Swivel Sweeper G2?
   It's a rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydride (NIMH) battery. This type of battery has no memory so it can be recharged at any time.
5. How long does the battery last?
   On a full charge, the standard battery lasts about 45 minutes.

10. What is the touchless dirt trap?
    Simply press on the tabs located on top of the sweeper and the dirt trap door opens allowing you to empty out the debris without having to touch the tray.

    With the click on the tab the elbow joint bends and this lets you get under furniture or in tight spaces without having to bend over.
12. What are the super sliders?
    They are larger than the original sliders. They allow you to glide over surfaces even better and really get into grout lines.
13. How often do I need to replace my super sliders?
    We recommend that you replace your floor sliders periodically and this depends on how often you use the sweeper and the types of surfaces. Rougher floor surfaces will wear down the sliders.
14. What is the magnetic storage latch?
    After you are done using your Swivel Sweeper G2, the head simply swings up to the pole and locks on with the magnetic latch that is built into the unit. This allows you to easily store it in the closet, hang it on a hook, or between the wall and your refrigerator.
15. What is the air filter? How often should it be replaced?
    The Swivel Sweeper G2 Air Filter helps trap small particles like dust and dirt from re-entering the air as you sweep. The filter should be replaced every 3 to 6 months depending on usage. The filter simply snaps on and off from the top of the sweeper head.
16. How does the 3 payment plan work?
    The first payment of $19.99 is charged along with the shipping and handling upon shipment of the entire order. The second payment of $19.99 is charged to the same account 30 days later. The third payment of $19.99 is charged ot the same account 30 days later. If you purchase additional items, their corresponding charges will be split into three equal monthly payments, added to the $19.99 monthly charge.

    The cloth is made of super soft Microfibers that go deep into the pores of surfaces to loosed and absorb dirt like magic. It'll clean everything faster, easier and better.
